Quadruped Walk Cycle
Having studied an array of dog breeds the week prior, I had a better base line understanding of quadruped anatomy. This has been a difficult exercise to engage with as there are so many moving parts to think about as seperate entities, however I have thoroughly enjoyed it as not only did I get to pet lots of lovely dogs, I have been able to further expand my practise in ways I had not approached before!

Follow-through 2
Principles of Animation
Today focused on follow-through, which I explored in the first clip both through the fish’s tail, and the seaweed surrounding it. Incredibly important to the visual appeal of animation. The latter clip is a character test as I had time to experiment more with follow through at the end of class. Please loop the videos!

Principles of animation practise. Learning timing, squash and stretch, keyframing and inbetweening.
